Who Is Your Math Tutor?

I’m Antonio Ponce, an Industrial Engineer with a passion for teaching. Since 2019, I’ve helped over 100 students succeed in Math through personalized, one-on-one tutoring.

I offer a calm, respectful environment where students can learn at their own pace, without fear of making mistakes. I explain each concept as many times and in as many ways as needed—until they truly understand. I also stay in close communication with parents to track and report progress.

Each student’s journey starts with an initial session with the parents, to learn about the student’s challenges and goals. I begin by reinforcing the foundational topics to rebuild confidence. Then we gradually introduce more complex exercises that sharpen problem-solving skills. We follow the Common Core Standards or your child’s school curriculum.
